Are you ready for the Pink Version?

Remember this quilt?

This is the red and White version.

I had to make two of these as they are for my granddaughters (I have two).

Here is the Pink and Red version.

I think I have enough Red to do one of the backs but will need to look for a second back.

I was smart this time and cut the binding so it is done and ready when I finish the the quilting. I usually put it off then can't find the material when I need it.

Twist and Turn

This quilt seemed like it took forever to make this quilt top. It was not the piecing but was more the trimming. It seemed like it took forever.

I am still not sure of the final border. It just doesn't do it for me. Everyone else seems to like it.
(hope they are not just saying that).

I do like the way it looks like stained glass. Now to find a back so I can get it sandwiched and finished.

It has been a little while since I have blogged. I just have been super busy. I did get this top finished today. Now I have to purchase the material to do the back. This is number one. I am working on number two. I have two granddaughters and have to make two of these. The next one has a pink background and I have added more pink to it. Hopefully I will have this top done in the next week so I can show it to you.
